The International Journal of Juridical Science and Policy (IJJSP) is a biannual, peer-reviewed academic journal established under the Centre for Juridical Science and Policy Research with the vision of promoting quality legal research and meaningful policy dialogue. The journal has been conceived as a platform where scholars, academicians, legal practitioners, policymakers, judges, research scholars, and students can share innovative ideas and contribute to the evolving discourse on law, governance, and public policy.
In an era marked by rapid social, technological, and economic transformation, legal systems are constantly confronted with new challenges that demand thoughtful and research-based solutions. General Guidelines
• Each of these entries shall be required to conform to the set of guidelines that follow.
• The submissions may be on the related to legal issue. The authors are expected to adhere to the prescribed word limit (excluding footnotes and abstract), as indicated above.
• Maximum word limit for the paper submission is 5000 words.
• An abstract of about 250-300 words and 5 keywords should be mandatorily included in the same word document as a part of the submission.
• The title should be Bold, Underlined, in Capitals, Size 16, and Centre Aligned.
• Headings should be Bold, in Capitals, Size 14, and left-aligned.
• The contents should in no way, directly or indirectly, indicate or reference the identity of the author(s).
• Co-Authorship to a maximum of three members is allowed.
• Please note that all submissions must adhere to a strict plagiarism limit of 15%, and any manuscripts exceeding this threshold will be outright rejected.
• Additionally, all submissions must comply with a strict AI generated content limit of 15%, and any manuscripts exceeding this threshold will be automatically rejected.
